Edwin D. Fink
Edwin D. Fink, 78, of Kittanning died Tuesday at the ACMH Hospital, Kittanning.
Born Jan. 21, 1929, in Kittanning, he was the son of John H. Sr. and Ethel Wolfe Fink.
He was a 1947 graduate of Kittanning High School and retired as a letter carrier for the Butler Post Office.
Mr. Fink was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Kittanning, where he served as head usher for more than 35 years. He also belonged to the Kittanning VFW and the National Letter Carriers Association.
He enjoyed playing ping-pong and tennis.
Surviving are two grandsons, Parker and Dash Shehab, both of Natrona Heights; and a brother, John J. Fink of Kittanning.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Fink; a son; and a daughter.
<B>FINK </B>— Friends of Edwin D. Fink, who died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the <B>Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home</B>, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. A. David McNeely, officiating. Burial will be at the Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
