Geist

Harry T. Geist, of Adams Township, formerly of McCandless, went to be with our Lord on Friday, Sept. 4, 2026, at the age of 94.

He was a graduate of Duquesne University School of Pharmacy, Class of 1960, and was a pharmacist and manager for Thrift Drug. He served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of St. Ferdinand Church in Cranberry Township.

He was the beloved husband of Barbara; loving father of Lisa Edwards and husband, Bob, of Ohio, and Randy Geist and wife, Kelly, of North Carolina; loving grandfather of Christopher Edwards, Danielle Edwards and Emily Geist; and great-grandfather of Graham, Eloise and Molly Edwards.

GEIST — A Mass of Christian burial for Harry T. Geist who died Friday, Sept. 4, 2026, will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at Divine Grace Parish, St. Ferdinand Church, 2535 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township, with Father John Gallagher presiding.
