The Prospect Boys and Girls U-12 indoor soccer team recently captured the Family Sports Center-Texas Roadhouse Christmas Tournament by defeating the Seneca valley Barracudas 2-1 and 3-2.

Michael Stutz, Cole McCandless, C.A. Thomas and Kyle Hinchberger registered goals for Prospect. Rachel Caldwell, Quay Barnhart, Shane Fichter and Levi Leonberg led the defensive charge.

Jordan marks and Danielle Wissinger were the winning goalies, with Wissinger ringing up 16 saves in the two games.

Prospect followed up with a 13-0 win over the Mars Maniacs last weekend.

Stutz had five goals while Wissinger, McCandless and Fichter had two goals apiece. Evan Mysliewic and Hinchberger also scored, with Mysliewic and Thomas sharing the win in net.
