Butler's freshman girls basketball team defeated Knoch, 35-24, recently as Jen Barry scored 10 points.

Mackenzie O'Donnell and Angie Nowacki added seven points each.

Butler Catholic's girls varsity basketball team posted wins on consecutive days recently, defeating Cardinal Wright 41-17 and St. Alexis 39-25.

Olivia Wiest scored 20 points in the win over Cardinal Wright, with Natalie Barkus adding nine, Morgan McLaughlin six, Kayleigh Keep four and Tori Sawhney two.

Barkus scored 19 against St. Alexis with Wiest adding 10, McLaughlin eight and Molly Moses two.
