The Butler Catholic fifth and sixth-grade girls basketball team won the St. Bonaventure Class BTeam tournament recently by defeating St. Mary of Glenshaw.

Butler Catholic also defeated Holy Spirit and St. Bonaventure in the single-elimination tournament.

Players for Butler Catholic include Melea Barlow, Sarah Dodd, Katie Draeger, Christina Friel, Meghan Goettler, Samantha Harpel, Annie Hegedus, Julie Kasunic, Emmalee Keep, Katie Klinko, Claire Preston, Rachel Snyder, Hannah Thompson, Mallory Truax and Tory Van Gorder.
