The Butler junior high girls track and field team defeated Fox Chapel, 85.5-45.5, recently.
Ava Bonetti won the shot put and discus for the Golden Tornado. Kennedy Evans won the 100 hurdles, Rachel Weyland the mile, Alexa Gray the 400 meters, Rachel Konieczny the 800 meters, Alexis Swiergol the two-mile and Rebecca Arturo the pole vault.
