The Elite Athletic Center gymnastics team of Butler took part in state and regional competition recently.

Here are results of gymnasts who placed in those meets:

Level 6Mike Cichra: 8-floor 12.8, 7-pommel horse 12.6, 8-rings 13.6, 7-vault 14.5, 6-parallel bars 14.1, 7-all around 81.5Cole Beardsley: 4-floor 14.7, 8-pommel horse 14.1

RegionalLevel 5Jacob Minton: 5-vault 15.0, 2-high bar 15.0

Level 6Mike Cichra: 3-high bar 14.9Girls Track and FieldButler improved to 4-0 with a 96-31 triumph over North Hills recently.Paige Allen won the 100 meters, 200 meters and contributed to two relay wins. Kayla Gregor won the 100 hurdles and long jump while Rachel Weyand claimed the mile and 800 meters, Rachel Konieczny the 400 meters.Ava Bonnetti won the shot put, Nicci Nanni the triple jump and Becky Arturo the pole vault. Butler's 400 relay of Tiffany Stewart, Arturo, Allen and Alexis Frencheck, and the 1,600 relay of Konieczny, Alexa Gray, Allen and Caitlin Blum also won.
