Zulick

Maureen E. Zulick, 71, of Chicora Road died at 9:04 a.m. Sunday at the UPMC Passavant Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Born July 7, 1936, in County Tyrone, Ireland, she was the daughter of Robert and Jane Willis Irwin.

Mrs. Zulick was a homemaker and also had worked at Penn Champ for a number of years.

She was a member of the East Butler Presbyterian Church.

She loved gardening, working on her flowers and landscaping.

Surviving are a daughter, Sandra Zulick of Butler; a son, Daniel Zulick and his wife, Merrilu, of Butler; two grandsons, Daniel Zulick and Patrick Phillips; two brothers, James Irwin of Lower Burrell and Ronnie Irwin of Northern, Ireland; a sister, Dora Mullen of Greenfield, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.

Her husband, Daniel Zulick, whom she married April 30, 1965, died Jan. 13, 2003. She also was preceded in death by a son, Robert Zulick, who died in October 2007.

<B>ZULICK </B>— Friends of Maureen E. Zulick, who died Sunday, March 30, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, 124 E. North St. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mary Sickels, of the East Butler Presbyterian Church, officiating.
