David C. Beahm

Beahm

David C. Beahm, 70, of Connoquenessing Township, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, while under the care of Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born Nov. 11, 1951, in Charleston, W.Va., he was the son of the late Clifford Earl Beahm and Mary Eleanor Cumberland Beahm.

Dave graduated in 1974 from Clarion State College, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management.

He was a member of Community Alliance Church, and a former member of Mount Chestnut Presbyterian Church, where he served as deacon.

In his free time, Dave enjoyed golfing and skiing. He will be remembered for being a people person. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 48 years, Penni Davidson Beahm, whom he married on Aug. 31, 1974; his children, Kelly Anne (Gary) Peters of Nashville, Tenn., and David James “D.J.” (Jess) Beahm of Seattle, Wash.; his grandchildren, Arden, Elodie and Esme Peters; his stepbrothers, Harold Mark (Connie) Dunn of Butler, Perry (Barbara) Dunn of North Carolina, Brian (Sue) Dunn of Colorado and Duane (Ray) Dunn of South Carolina; his stepsisters, Lori (Greg) Hicks of South Carolina, and Beth Dunn Bodine of Marienville; and his brother-in-law, Scott Alan (Diane) Davidson of Harmony.

In addition to his parents, Dave was preceded in death by his stepmother, Darlene Dunn Beahm; and his cousin, Margaret Ann Cumberland of Zelienople.

BEAHM — A private memorial service for David C. Beahm, who died Wednesday, May 11, 2022, is being planned for later this year in Colorado, where his children were born, the place he loved and where he lived for 17 years.

He will be laid to rest at Greenlawn Burial Estates.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER OF CONNOQUENESSING TOWNSHIP, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.

Memorial donations may be made in his honor to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 1501 Reedsdale Street, Suite 105, Pittsburgh, PA 15233.
