Donald L. Cuffman Jr.

Donald L. Cuffman Jr., 53, of Meridian died at 2:10 p.m. Thursday with his family by his side at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh after a yearlong battle with leukemia.

Mr. Cuffman was an employed of Ervin Industries for 30 years as a melting supervisor. He was an avid hunter, sports enthusiast and loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Joanne Hart Cuffman; his mother, Norma Allen Cuffman of Butler; a daughter, Jennifer Dunaway and her husband, Mark, of Cranberry Township; two sons, Matthew Cuffman and his wife, Kelli, of Meridian, and Jacob Cuffman of Meridian and Bradenton, Fla.; two granddaughters, Kate and Marin Dunaway; one brother, Daniel Cuffman and his wife, Lollie, of Meridian; a sister, Pamela Cuffman Schmidt of Pittsburgh, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald L. Cuffman.

<B>CUFFMAN — </B>Friends of Donald L. Cuffman Jr., who died Thursday, Dec. 7, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the <B>THOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME,</B> 124 E. Main St., Butler. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dennis Molnar of Wallace Memorial Presbyterian Church, Pittsburgh, officiating.Memorial contributions may be made to the Center Avenue School PTO- Accelerated Reader Program C/O Joanne Cuffman, 102 Lincoln Ave., Butler, PA 16001.
