Helen Thompson

Helen Thompson of Cabot celebrated her 98th birthday with her family.

The former Helen Miller was born Aug. 7, 1918, in Butler. She married Earl Thompson July 23, 1937. He is deceased.

She has four children, Patty Ambrose of Cabot, Betty Ambrose of Cabot, Lois Curfman of Sarver and the late Earl “Sonny” Thompson Jr.

She also has eight grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Thompson is a member of Freeport Road Alliance Church.
