Dorothy Rose Hoehn
Dorothy Rose Hoehn, 77, of Crestview Drive died at 7:50 p.m. Sunday in the Good Samaritan Hospice Unit at Concordia, Cabot.
Born Sept. 3, 1929, in Butler, she was the daughter of Wilson Watterson and Fannie Hutchinson.
Mrs. Hoehn had been a cashier at Loblaws for more than 20 years. She also worked in the packing department at Magnetics and retired after more than 20 years.
She was a member of St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church and was a longtime member of the Altar Guild and Communion Set-up Committee. She also was the co-secretary and treasurer and the attendance taker for the Sunday school.
Surviving are her husband, Edgar Hoehn, whom she married April 16, 1949; a son, Kenneth Hoehn of Butler; two grandchildren; two brothers, Loyal and Ronald Watterson, both of Butler; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald and Doyle Watterson.
<B>HOEHN </B>— Friends of Dorothy Rose Hoehn, who died Sunday, July 22, 2007, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, 124 E. North St. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, West Jefferson St., with the Rev. Dr. Alden Towberman officiating.
