JACKSON TWP — The Air Turbine Propeller Co. is one step closer to doubling the size of its factory on Route 19 after the township planning commission recommended approval of its land development proposal Wednesday night.

The company’s factory, measuring approximately 6,000 square feet, was deemed inadequate for its expected product line expansion.

To account for that, the manufacturer submitted plans to double its current building.
