William Staab

Staab

William J. Staab, 71, of Harrisville, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2026, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

Bill was born Jan. 14, 1955, in Pittsburgh. He was the son of the late Robert and Getrude (Herron) Staab.

Bill was married to Theresa Grabowski on April 19, 1975, and together the couple had five children.

Bill ran his business, Staab Brothers Roofing, for the past 30 plus years. He was blessed to have his children working with him in the everyday operations of his business. He treasured his time with not only his kids, but his grandchildren as well. Bill loved his Harley and never passed up an opportunity to go for a ride with his buddies. Most importantly, Bill loved Jesus. He made sure his children knew the importance of having that relationship with the Lord and was happy knowing they did.

Bill’s memory will be cherished by his wife, Theresa; his children, Daniela (Pete) Speicher, Jodi Lynn (Richard) Rodgers, William Jr. (Trista) Staab, Dustin (Jamie) Staab and Nadine (Aaron) Randall; his brothers, Tom (Beverly) Staab, Matt (LeAnne) Staab and Bob Staab; Bill’s beloved 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Bill was welcomed into heaven by his parents; two brothers, John and Daniel; and his sister-in-law, Arlie Staab.
