Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced Friday, April 26, by Common Pleas Judge Joseph E. Kubit.

Brandi R. Wilson, 31, of Butler, was sentenced to 12 months probation as well as pay $359 in restitution to the Butler Walmart after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit retail theft. A separate charge of retail theft was dismissed as part of the guilty plea.

Kathy E. Goodson, 36, of New Castle, was handed two concurrent 24-month sentences of probation and ordered to pay $1,330 of restitution to the Butler Walmart after pleading guilty to both retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft, following an incident that occurred in October 2023.

Quayshan T. Michlich, 32, of New Castle, had his sentencing delayed. He had previously plead guilty to making a false identification to law enforcement, but withdrew his plea before sentencing.

Aiden J. McKinley, 19, of Butler, was sentenced to 24-60 months in prison after pleading guilty to simple assault, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief, and conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, in connection with an incident that occurred in June 2023. As part of his sentencing, McKinley may be enrolled in boot camp while in prison.

Jonuel Rosa-Flores, 20, of Reading, was sentenced to 24 months of probation and fined $250 after pleading guilty to simple assault in connection with a November 2021 incident.

Tori L. Haybarger, 27, of New Castle, had her sentencing delayed. Initially, she was handed two concurrent 12-month probation sentences and fined $250 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. However, the sentence was stayed when she tested positive for a cocktail of illicit drugs, including fentanyl. One member of counsel said she “... wasn’t sure if (Haybarger) knew what was happening today.”

Irief M. Littleberry, 21, of Greensburg, was sentenced to 24 months probation and fined $250 for possessing a firearm without a license. He was also sentenced to 1-2 years in prison, but was paroled immediately.

Wendall L. Dixon, 51, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to 11.5-23 months in prison and 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to retail theft in connection with an incident which took place this February. Both terms are to be served consecutively. However, Dixon was paroled effective upon acceptance of a payment plan for the $1,799 of restitution he owes to the Home Depot in Cranberry Township.

Zachary J. Detrick, 20, of Butler, was sentenced to between time served and 23.5 months in prison as well as 30 hours of community service and fined $350, after pleading guilty to criminal trespass in connection with an incident which took place in August 2023. He was paroled immediately.

Maria J. Slick, 26, of Butler, was sentenced to a total of 18 months probation and 20 hours of community service after pleading guilty to retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. Slick was also ordered to complete a retail theft program, after which her probation may be shortened to 12 months.

Edwin A. Callender III, 32, of Butler, was sentenced to 12 months probation, along with another concurrent 6-month probation term plus 25 hours of community service and fined $500, after pleading guilty to two counts of retail theft and one count of possession of a controlled substance. He was also sentenced to between 30 days and 12 months in prison for the first count of retail theft, but was immediately paroled.
