Seneca Valley students win 2nd place in the state at cyber defense competition
Four students in Seneca Valley’s Women in Engineering CyberPatriot Team won second place in the state within the silver division during the CyberPatriot National Youth Cyber Defense Competition.
As part of the online competition that spanned several rounds beginning in October, Lihini Ranaweera, Lydia Miller, Heather Schwartz and Isabella Muthler identified and fixed cybersecurity vulnerabilities in virtual operating systems.
