Knauff

Julia A. Knauff, 78, of Evans City, passed away on Monday, Aug. 28, 2023, while under the care of The Grove at Harmony.

Born March 1, 1945, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Walter Alvin and Satina Capella Rahiser.

Julia was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Evans City. She was a 1963 graduate of Evans City High School. She was a lead in the Hi-Steppers group. She was very close with her family and loved attending family functions. She was a devoted wife, mother and dog lover who will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of almost 57 years, Ronald Knauff; her son, Kyle (Lori) Knauff; her brother, Ed (Fae) Rahiser; and her granddaughters, Hannah and Leah Knauff.

KNAUFF — Friends of Julia A. Knauff, who died Monday, Aug. 28, 2023, will be received from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at 7 p.m. Friday at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 116 E. Main St., Evans City, with Pastor Brandon Johns officiating.
