Police Reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Oct. 11 — Randolph D. Dahl, 44, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanors of driving under the influence after police said they stopped him Aug. 7 at the intersection of South Chestnut and West Cunningham streets. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Dahl had traces of fentanyl in his system.
Oct. 11 — Denis S. Ward, 31, of Freedom, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault after police said he pulled someone’s hair and kicked the person during an altercation.
Sept. 20 — Robert Sutton, 57, of Hubbard, Ohio, received traffic citations after police said he was driving on the wrong side of the road and struck a vehicle from behind on Route 68. Police said Sutton failed stop and exchange insurance information following the collision.
Oct. 4 — Matthew Wiles, 29, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said empty stamp bags, hypodermic needles, a spoon and a lighter were found on his person.
Oct. 7 — Joshua E.A. Davis, 31, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment after police said he punched a woman in the face during an argument.
Sept. 16 — Adailton Cirqueira Silva, 37, of Cranberry Township, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him Sept. 15 on Rochester Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Cirqueira Silva’s blood-alcohol content at 0.222%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Oct. 12 — Christopher M. Friedman, 38, of Beaver Falls, was charged with a misdemeanor of evading officers after police said they stopped him Sept. 29 at Route 19 and Lindsay Road. Police said he showed signs of impairment and left his vehicle during the traffic stop.
Sept. 30 — Zane S. Perry, 31, of Butler, received a traffic citation after police said he lost control of his vehicle and was stuck in a ditch on Bullcreek Road, Jefferson Township.
Oct. 6 — Dakota B. Hughes, 22, of Eau Claire, was charged with misdemeanor false report and several traffic citations after police said he reported his vehicle stolen after he crashed it and left the scene at Branchton Road, Cherry Township.
Oct. 7 — Nicole T. Finucan, 37, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said they stopped her on a warrant Oct. 3 at South Cliff and East Cunningham streets in Butler. Police said crystal methamphetamine and a hypodermic needle were found on Finucan following a search.
Oct. 7 — Eric S. Longlott, 46, of Pomeroy, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor stalking after police said he reached out to someone using 34 different phone numbers and Facebook messenger since May.
Oct. 9 — Jerry B. Bodish, 43, of Harmony and John G. West, 88, of Slippery Rock were involved in a vehicle crash after police said Bodish failed to stop at the intersection of Slippery Rock and Stoughton roads.
Oct. 11 — Isaiah R. Porter, 18, of Pittsburgh, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him Sept. 11 on South Main Street, Slippery Rock. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Porter’s blood-alcohol content at 0.044%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Oct. 11 — Lee E. Oviatt, 37, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said he was involved in a vehicle crash Sept. 13 on Route 8, Brady Township. Police said Oviatt was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.123%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Oct. 11 — Basilio J. Jimenez, 20, of Columbia, was charged with three misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him Sept. 1 on Maltby Street, Slippery Rock. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Jimenez’s blood had traces of marijuana.
Oct. 11 — Shannon L. Winters, 40, of Clintonville, was charged with misdemeanors for possessing drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest after police said she did not stop for officers when addressed and was found with hypodermic needles, nine stamp bags of suspected heroin, and empty stamp bags on her person.
Oct. 12 — John J. Tate, 47, of Evans City, was charged with two felony DUIs after police said he was involved in a vehicle crash at Evans City Road and Bennington Court, Connoquenessing Township. Police said that field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and that a later blood test showed Tate’s blood alcohol content at 0.23%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Oct. 15 — Treh W. Gillot, 26, of Butler, received six summary traffic citations on suspicion of a hit-and-run crash. Police said he lost control of a pickup truck while driving around a curve on Sunset Drive, Center Township, and struck a utility pole.
Oct. 15 — William S. Hubenthal, 45, of Pittsburgh was charged with misdemeanor DUI, resisting arrest and three summary traffic violations after police said they stopped him on North Main Street Extension, Center Township.
