These cases were recently heard by District Judge Kevin P. O’Donnell:

Betty Sheakley, 52, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of driving with a suspended license. Sheakley was fined $323.50. She was charged July 17 by Butler Township Police.

Tory McCoy, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft. McCoy was fined $368.25. He was charged Jan. 6 by Butler Township Police.

Desmond Cash, 47, of Butler pleaded guilty to the charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Cash was fined $568.25. He was charged Jan. 13 by Butler Township Police.

Crystal Pakutz, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver; possession of a controlled substance; DUI; failure to notify a change of address; driving with a suspended license; careless driving; and period for requiring lighted lamps. Pakutz was charged Dec. 11 by state police.

Travis Zaborowski, 30, of Cheswick, Pa., waived to court charges of terroristic threats; simple assault; harassment; and disorderly conduct. Zaborowski was charged Jan. 23 by Butler Township Police.

Tiffany Hay, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI; failure to notify a change of address; failure to keep right; and careless driving. Hay was charged Dec. 23 by state police.

Ashlee Shockey, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use; DUI; driving an unregistered vehicle; failure to notify a change of address; operating a vehicle without insurance; careless driving; and operating a vehicle with an invalid inspection. Shockey was charged Dec. 26 by state police.

Hope Charlton, 33, of Butler was held for court on charges of criminal conspiracy; retail theft; and corruption of minors. Charlton was charged Dec. 16 by Butler Township Police.

Robert Miller Jr., 61, of Butler waived to court charges of sale or use of certain solvents. Miller was charged Jan. 13 by Butler Township Police.
