10 p.m. Saturday — Zachary R. Milbert, 21, of Butler was arrested after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend at a home on the 1000 block of Center Avenue.

Police spoke to the victim at Butler Memorial Hospital following the incident. She told police that Milbert forced her to the floor at the home and repeatedly slammed her head onto the floor, according to court documents.

The woman also accused Milbert of covering her mouth with his hand “to the extent that (she) could no longer breathe” for around 10 seconds, documents said.

He is charged with simple assault and remains free in lieu of $3,000 bail.

10:25 a.m. Friday — William D. Dutter, 61, of Butler, was arrested for alleged drugged driving and having heroin after police got a call for a man passed out behind the wheel of a car at East Wayne Avenue and Center Avenue.

Police said Dutter was found unconscious in the driver's seat with the vehicle running and in drive, according to court documents. An officer awakened the defendant, who appeared impaired.

A search turned up four stamp bags of suspected heroin in one of his shorts' pockets, police said. Officers searched the car and allegedly found four used syringes and an empty unmarked pill bottle.

Dutter was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for a blood test. Toxicology results are pending.

He was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and reckless endangerment. He was placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail following arraignment.

July 10 — Triston L. Galarza, 21, of Slippery Rock was caught with suspected drugs and other contraband following a traffic stop. Police identified the drugs as crack cocaine and buprenorphine.Galarza is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without headlights.

5 p.m. July 15 — Conor J. Mahoney, 36, of Connoquenessing Township, was arrested after he allegedly exposed himself at Moraine State Park in Worth Township.An officer for the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources found Mahoney in his vehicle following multiple calls for a man exposing his genitalia to visitors near the park’s Lakeview Beach area.He was taken to the park office, and a state police trooper later interviewed him. Mahoney “admitted to taking off his pants in the presence of three girls,” according to charging documents.District Judge Bill O’Donnell arraigned Mahoney on charges of indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct. He was placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.
