A 35-year-old man is accused of using his legal paperwork to smuggle THC into Butler County Prison, according to Butler County detectives.

Vaughn Joseph Hall was charged Wednesday, Sept. 2, with felony possession of contraband following a June 19 incident.

Detectives said multiple pieces of brown stained paper were found within Hall’s legal paperwork. The pieces of paper were sent to a crime lab and tested positive for THC.

Vaughn’s preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.
