Coroner investigating death near Route 28 bridge in Buffalo Township
The Butler County Coroner’s Office is investigating reports of a woman falling off a bridge Tuesday, Sept. 8, on Route 28 in Buffalo Township as a suicide.
The coroner’s office responded around 1 p.m. near the area of Route 28 above the Buffalo Creek and Butler-Freeport Community Trail, according to Coroner Korynne Young.
State police in Kittanning, Freeport EMS and the Buffalo Township Volunteer Fire Company also responded.
