An office building in Cranberry Township recently sold for top dollar.

The property, the Cloverleaf Commons office building, was sold for $14.06 million on Nov. 16, according to real estate listings. The seller, Landmark Properties Group, confirmed the property had been sold. However, officials responding to questions said they could not provide further details. The three-story, 63,000-square-foot building was built in 2014. It houses several offices with a variety of offerings from medical services to insurance, according to Landmark's website.
