The Butler Township commissioners have scheduled a hearing to consider a request from Sheetz to transfer a liquor license to its store on Center Avenue.

The hearing will be held at 7 p.m. Jan. 21 during a commissioners’ meeting to accept public comments on the proposed transfer.

Sheetz is seeking approval to transfer the license from Center Township to the store. Approval from the commissioners and the state Liquor Control Board is needed to complete the transfer.
