We want to express our heartfelt thanks to all our family, friends and neighbors for their love and support during the loss of our wife, mother and grandmother, Donna M. Mentzer.

We greatly appreciated the concern and compassionate care extended to our family by the staff of Amedisys Hospice.

A special thank you to Fr. Harry and Sr. Nancy from St. Paul Catholic Church for their spiritual support and prayers.
