BUTLER TWP — Police are investigating a burglary at a township business that occurred between last Sunday night and Monday.

Butler Township Police Lt. Matthew Pearson said the incident was reported at 9 a.m. Monday when the owner of Sweeper City, 156 Point Plaza, arrived at the store to find the shop door had been forced open.

The incident occurred sometime between 6 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday, Pearson said.

Pearson said an undisclosed amount of money was stolen. The incident is still under investigation.
