S&T sells insurance ownership
S&T Bank announced it is selling majority ownership of S&T Evergreen Insurance to The Reschini Group.
Evergreen Insurance, which is headquartered in Indiana, Pa., will begin independent operation on Jan. 1 with no changes to its locations. S&T Bank has locations in Butler and Cranberry townships.
