The 76-room, $8.2 million Marriott Springhill Suites is being built at McKean and Jefferson streets. It is being constructed along with a 238-space parking garage. Both are part of the Centre City project, which costs $13.2 million. The hotel is being built by the city and J.S. Capitol and is expected to be done by the early spring of 2017.
