Funeral services set for late officer
CONNOQUENESSING TWP — The funeral arrangements for the late Kristine Bartman, 30, an officer of the Evans City-Seven Fields Regional Police Department, will be Tuesday and Wednesday.
Bartman died Wednesday while off duty in a motorcycle accident in Pittsburgh.
Visitation will be from 1 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Boylan Funeral Home, 856 Evans City Road. The funeral service will be at noon Wednesday at the funeral home.
Food and refreshment donations can be made between 5 and 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Ritzert Hall, 426 E. Main St., Evans City.
Dessert donations are being requested for the fellowship meal after the funeral service on Wednesday. Donations will be accepted from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Ritzert Hall.
Bartman's family has requested that in lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be made to either the Butler County or Beaver County humane societies.
