Muralists coming to Butler

This 32- by-8 mural depictingUncle Billy William Smith will bepainted on the side of the Butler County Historical Society, 123 W. Diamond St.by the Walldogs, a group of muralistsfrom around the world. They will paint 10 murals on downtown buildings in Butler from July 27 to 31.

The Walldogs, a group of muralists from around the world, are coming to Butler July 27 to 31 to paint 10 murals on downtown buildings.

The murals will represent landmarks and icons from the city's past and will be on walls on businesses, an apartment building and a parking garage.

Here are two more of the murals that are planned. Other murals will be published in the Eagle before July 27.

The Walldogs are being brought to the city by the Butler County Historical Society.

The 34- by-17 mural titled Diners and Drive-Ins will bepainted on Evidence Based Recovery, 117 S. McKean St.
