Work is under way at the small shopping center by developer United Growth of California at West New Castle Road and the ramps to Route 422 in Butler Township. This will have a 50,000-square foot building for Dick's Sporting Goods, a 4,274-square-foot building for Bob Evans, and a 6,000-square-foot building that will be shared by Starbucks and Mattress Firm. The developer has said the stores could be open by the end of the year.
