CLARION — Karns City senior guard David Olszak scored 13 points and added five assists to help the Red team defeat the Blue team 114-100 in Saturday night’s District 9 boys all-star basketball game at Clarion High School.

Moniteau’s James Bair scored two points for the Blue team.

In the girls’ contest, Karns City senior Annie Hegedus dropped seven points as the White team prevailed 77-66 over the Blue team.

Karns City’s Shanel Preston and A-C Valley’s Erin Logue scored six and two points, respectively, for the Blue squad.
