Butler’s freshman football team wound up posting a 6-3 record this season.

Victories came against North Hills, Shaler, Knoch, Altoona and Fox Chapel (twice). The Golden Tornado averaged 24.4 points per game and allowed 14.6.

Team captains were Scotty Dietrich, Dallas Hays, Antonio DeVaughn and Kyle Heller. Coaches were Eric Christy, Erich Campbell, Chance Kelosky, Ralph McElhaney and Keith Kozik.
