Butler Catholic’s boys cross country team won a recent meet against Alpha School and CDTCA at Highfield Park.

Justin Higgins placed second in the boys varsity meet with a time of 12 minutes, eight seconds. Dylan Schaffner was third, Ryan Truax fifth, Dante Grenci sixth and Tom Preston seventh for the Saints.

Butler Catholic’s Erin LeMay won the girls varsity meet with a time of 11:45. Emma LeMay was second.

The Saints’ CJ Singleton was overall winner of the junior varsity meet, covering the 1.75-mile course in 11:51.
