Ashley Thiebaud of Butler received the Virginia Reehl Scholarship for $1,000.Thiebaud earned the scholarship through the Scholars in Service to Pennsylvania program by completing 300 hours of community service with Habitat for Humanity in Mount Airy, N.C.She is attending Westminster College as an education major and is a member of Kappa Delta Phi.Thiebaud is the daughter of John and Sandy Thiebaud of Renfrew and Susan Thiebaud of Pittsburgh.———
