Colton Lineman and Erin LeMay won the boys and girls junior varsity races, respectively, as Butler Catholic’s cross-country team participated in a quadrangular meet recently at St. Gregory of Zelienople.

The Saints’ JV boys won the meet as Tom Preston finished seventh, Ryan Truax ninth, Dylan Schaffner 12th and Nicholas Maher 13th. The JV girls finished second as Emma LeMay took second, Caitlyn Peratt eighth, Maggie Bartony 10th and Sophia Wiest 20th.

The BCS varsity teams did not figure in the team scoring. Terrance Maryland finished second for the Saints while Josh Boyer was third, Noah Ferguson seventh and Brock Grenci 15th. Emily Peratt finished seventh on the girls side.
