Jeanne P. Guarini, 87, of Mars, formerly of Valencia, died Wednesday afternoon, at the Butler VNA Inpatient Hospice.

Born in Peekskill, N.Y., June 2, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Frank N. and Jennie A. Clark McCoy Sr.

Jeanne was a clerk and buyer for the Mars Drug Store for many years.

Surviving are a daughter, Barbara J. Hladycz (Joseph) of Portersville; a granddaughter, Melissa Poloka; a brother, Frank N. McCoy Jr. of Mars; and four nieces.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred E. Guarini; and a son, Stephen P. Guarini.
