Jacqueline V. Lawther, 60, of 1192 Vosler Road, Volant, died Thursday at Jameson Memorial North.

Born May 4, 1949, in Natrona Heights, she was the daughter of the late Stanley J. Lorence Sr. and the late Jean E. Remy Lorence.

She was married to Robert Mattern.

She was a member of the Unity Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Darryl Lawther of Volant; a stepson, Mark Mattern; a brother, Stanley J. Lorence Jr. of Valencia; a sister, Yvonne V. Roberts of Volant; two step-grandchildren; and her former husband, Robert Lawther.

Preceding her in death were her parents; a son, Robert Lawther; and a brother, David Lorence.
