St. Wendelin's completed an undefeated season recently by defeating Holy Sepulcher, 52-36, to win the Butler County Catholic Church League boys basketball championship.

Rick Parker was the team's head coach. Players included Tyler Vidmar, Derek McNanny, Zach Kennedy, Drake Kennedy, Greg Liller, Derek Brown, Ryan Parker, Taylor Ford and Tyler Ford.

The league provides basketball on Sunday afternoons at Butler Catholic and St. Fidelis gyms for high school boys.

More than 80 boys played on nine teams.
