The Butler sixth-grade girls basketball team won the Ford City Tournament recently.

After defeating Kittanning's West Hills team 22-3 in the first round, Butler won two more games, including a 29-14 triumph over Ford City Gold in the championship game.

The team, coached by Joe Wiest, includes Delaney Gagen, Jessica Graham, Paige Lambermont, Jennifer Miller, Autumn Rodgers, Payton Kelly, Kelsee Callihan, Sarah Hack, Jaclyn King, Catherine Simms and Hannah Thompson.
