The Butler junior high wrestling team improved to 13-1 recently with a runaway 71-18 victory over Latrobe.

Cody Houston, Jacob Olenick, Will Bortmas, Ryan Hannon, Zack Weaver and Bryant Butler got pins for the Golden Tornado. Korey Caudill and Xavier Bennet won by major decision.

Doug DeFranciscis won by a 7-1 decision in his first match back from injury.

Thomas Jendesky and Rich Marnic scored 13 points each to lead the Butler eighth-grade boys White team (4-6), though Hampton claimed a 42-36 decision.• Louis Beck scored eight points for the seventh-grade boys White team (7-3) in a 31-20 loss to Hampton.
