Justice Lewandowski scored 16 points, including four 3-pointers, to lead the Butler seventh-grade White boys basketball team to a 34-31 win over Seneca Valley Black.

Louis Beck had nine points for the Golden Tornado (7-2).

• Thomas Jendesky scored six points, but Butler's eighth-grade White team dropped a 22-19 decision to Seneca Valley Black.

Cory Wheeler added five points and Alec Geibel had four for Butler (4-5).

Nick Whann and Troy Double scored a goal each as the Butler freshmen (6-4-1) skated to a 2-2 tie with Shaler.Dylan Rice and Jake Campbell assisted on the goals, and Tornado goalie Clay Bachman turned away 19 of 21 shots.
