The Schnurs in 1959

Art and Judy Schnur of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with a party at the Summit Township Sportsmans Club in Herman.

Schnur married the former Judy Criley on Aug. 29, 1959, at St. John Catholic Church in Coylesville.

They have four children, Sherry Green of Herman, Tony Schnur of Herman, Ken Schnur of Fenelton and Sabrina Schnur of Butler. Another child, Joe Schnur, is deceased.

They also have 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mr. Schnur is retired from Castle Rubber Co. and Butler Auto Auction. He is a member of the RC Men's Club and the Herman Fire Company.

Mrs. Schnur is a retired homemaker.

The Schnurs attend St. Mary's Church in Herman.
