George Botsis

George Botsis of Butler celebrated his 95th birthday with a family dinner.

Botsis was born Sept. 4, 1914, in Corinth, Greece.

He married Sylvia Pikoulas on Nov. 14, 1937. She is deceased.

He has four children, Harriet Herring of Butler, Pete Botsis of Butler, Allan Botsis of Mooresville, N.C., and Anne Diener of Jamestown, Ohio.

He also has 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Botsis was a previous part-owner of Capital Cleaners in the south side of Butler and is retired from National City Bank. He is an avid sports fan and belonged to the senior citizens golf league at Stoughton's Golf Course.

He is a member of St. Anthony's Orthodox Church.
