Shirley and Glenn Walker

Glenn and Shirley Walker of Saxonburg recently celebrated 60 years of marriage.

Glenn Walker married the former Shirley Patten on July 6, 1949, at the First United Presbyterian Church in Butler.

They have four children, Glenna Walters of Saxonburg, Karen Walker of Pittsburgh and Eugene Walker and Sharon Walker, both of Saxonburg.

Walker is retired from electrical construction Local 1319. He is a church usher, VFW life member, member of American Legion Post 683 and the Valley of New Castle Masons.

Mrs. Walker is a homemaker. She is a member of the Post 683 American Legion Auxiliary and White Shrine of Jerusalem. She likes to read and knit.
