Bernice Moose, born Feb. 16, 1918, died on the eve of her 90th birthday at Pleasant View Health Care Center in Barberton, Ohio.

She was born to Lewis C. and Pearl Allison Urbach in Butler.

She graduated from Butler High School and The Butler Business School.

Mrs. Moose most enjoyed her home and the many friendships she made in the Charleston community, Mercer County, where she lived for 58 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Donn, at age 7; her husband of 64 years, A.J. Moose; a sister, Isabel Hamilton; and brothers, Lewis L. and Max.

She is survived by a daughter, Cherie, (Dr. Joseph) Anslovar of Barberton, and a granddaughter, Amy.

<B>MOOSE </B>— Per her wishes, Bernice Moose, who died Saturday, Feb. 15, 2008, donated her body to the Medical School at Rootstown, Ohio. A private memorial service was held in the chapel of the First Presbyterian Church, Barberton. The Rev. Record Nash officiated.
