Somerville

Laura B. "Dolly" Somerville, 102, formerly of Miller Street, died at 4:41 a.m. Wednesday at Shelbourne Assisted Living.

Born in Sligo March 28, 1905, she was a daughter of William White and Katherine Hartman.

She had been a salesperson at the Vogue dress shop for years.

Mrs. Somerville was a member of the North Street Christian Church.

Surviving are a son, Robert D. Somerville of Butler, two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Her husband, Doyle R. Somerville, died Sept. 24, 1984. She also was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.

<B>SOMERVILLE</B> — Friends of Laura B. "Dolly" Somerville, who died Wednesday, March 5, 2008, will be received from 11 to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home,</B> 124 E. North St., where services will follow at 1 p.m. with the Rev. David Brown, pastor of North Main Street Church of God, officiating.
