Bradley Paul Holmes, 21, of Pine Township, Mercer County, died at 5:10 a.m. Wednesday in the UPMC Mercy Hospital Burn and Trauma Unit, Pittsburgh, where he had been a patient since Friday.

Born in Grove City, May 14, 1986, he was a son of Joseph N. and Deborah K. Moore Holmes.

He was a Protestant.

Mr. Holmes was a 2004 graduate of Grove City High School; and for the past four years, he was a clerk in the sporting department at the Grove City Wal-Mart.

He was a member and president of Pine Township Engine Company, where his brother serves as chief and his father is the assistant chief. He enjoyed working with computers and maintained the fire company website.

Surviving are his parents of Grove City; a brother, Christopher J. Holmes and his fiancée, Aleshia Graham, of Grove City; his grandparents, Eva M. Holmes and Samuel W. and Mary L. Moore Sr., all of Grove City; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

His grandfather, Joseph C. Holmes, died Feb. 29, 2008.

<B>HOLMES </B>— Friends of Bradley Paul Holmes, who died Wednesday, March 5, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. today at the <B>Cunningham Funeral Home</B>, 306 Bessemer Ave, Grove City. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in gymnasium at Grove City College with the Rev. Allen Patterson and the Rev. G. Kenton Shaw, both of Wayside Community Church, Findley Township, officiating. Burial will be at Crestview Memorial Park, Pine Township.A firefighters memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.Memorial contributions may be made to the Brad Holmes Fund, c/o Northwest Savings Bank, 200 S. Center St., Grove City, PA 16127.
