Mackenzie O'Donnell scored 12 points and Caitlin Baxter added 10 as the Butler girls seventh-grade traveling basketball team defeated Franklin, 37-21, recently.

Olivia Wiest added eight points, Sam Marak four and Chloe Ryder three.

Now 7-0, Butler faces Hampton Saturday at the Pine Richland Youth Center in Gibsonia.

In other action:

• Butler Catholic's girls varsity defeated St. Sebastian, 30-22, as Angela Nowacki scored 20 points. Olivia Wiest added four points with Natalie Barkus, Morgan McLaughlin and Szalay Miller netting two each.

Butler Catholic plays a home game at 12:15 p.m. Saturday.
