Kenny Rall and Chase Baxa scored two goals each as the Prospect Fire under-10 travel soccer team defeated Penncrest of Saegertown, 5-1, recently.

Nicholas Stutz also scored a goal for Prospect.

In other action:

• Goalkeeper Taylor Troyon stopped 26 of 28 shots, but Butler's junior high girls soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to Shaler recently.

Providing strong defense in the backfield were Megan McCleary, Dana McCurdy, Paige Rittleman, Alexa Grey and Mariah Mikula. Butler hosts Mars Monday.
